NEWS LETTER #6

NUFF Global newsletter # 6

News from Sui Utik
Ramadian Bachtiar, the director of the NUFF Global film "Sui Utik" from Indonesia brought sad news about the people of his film.
Apparently the ministry of forestry had auction the forest on Sui Utik area. FYI, Indonesian government doesn't acknowledge ancestor domain right. Right now, LEI (Indonesian Ecolabel Foundation) are there to find out how much of Sui Utik forest are included in that Forest Exploitation Right issued by government. LEI already has the paper of auction result, but they have to field check for the area.
